Tuesday Randoms

The biggest decision right now...trying to decide what to get Maddy...a trampoline or an inflatable bouncer?

Rookie Blue is starting this week which means TV time finally.  I hate summer when there are no shows on.  We got into this cop drama last summer and was upset that it was only a summer show....but it's back - Thursday night!

This was my cake I made on the weekend...we have 4 daddies at the party, so I personalized it:  Ricky likes fishing...Basil likes pies (sorry, really bad pie)...Relics likes fixing things (hence the hammer) and Butter is the tire man so he got a Michelin man!

I am happy that the cake was just for family because I ran out of icing and just did a quick job (those black specks of cake ARE NOT suppose to be seen through the cake...but it is difficult to cover chocolate cake with white icing when your cake is THAT good and TOO MOIST)

I am off this Friday and am looking forward to hanging out with some great ladies and kids at the beach and have a picnic...

Not liking that the weather is calling for rain and thunderstorms though :(

Hubby is going fishing on Saturday (hoping that nothing happens that it get cancelled because he has been practically crying to get out but hasn't)

Maddy and I will have a Mommy Day...and maybe by then, MAYBE, we will have the new trampoline or inflatable bouncer (striking up a good deal on one now however it is all the way in Manotick...ugghh)

My heel is feeling a bit better, don't think I broke anything afterall..however I am still hobbling on it cuz I can't put too much pressure on it!

I seriously need a haircut - it's getting out of control and I can't do anything with it.

Here are some random pics that Maddy took herself on the weekend:

I vote for trampoline. I have a feeling the inflatable one would cause a lot of headaches! ;)

yes - i am worried about the inflatable busting and eventually she won't be able to use it but I can get a used one at a GREAT price...but the trampoline I think she can have for a long time...however, what do I do with the trampoline in the winter...i have ZERO storage?? Decisions, Decisions!

I know a person that just sits the trampoline up against there side of the house during the winter...

I would like the inflatable thing...they are made really durable! You could always get a cool one that has a water slide attached :D

I vote for trampoline too! More durable I think, and fun for adults too!

Trampoline hands down! Ours is 3 years old now and my 10 and 6 year olds are still on it everyday. Definately our best investment for the kids thus far.
Great workout for the adults too!!
