A Project in Progress

I have decided to enjoy blogging and give my "followers" something to read everyday, I will take something from my list and just write about it with some thoughts and what is expected from it.

#43 - Try and find my "signified" dish for potlucks

Well my friends and I gather a lot and have potlucks - we do it basically for birthdays, babies, Christmas, pretty much any excuse to get together and EAT.  Some of my friends always bring the same thing to every potluck and I am always looking for something new to bring.  I want to find a dish that screams my name and everyone will want me to bring this dish to our gatherings.  I have still to find that....of course, I bring the usual meatballs, an appetizer of some sort...one time I even made homemade deep fried dill pickles.  Wasn't much of a hit and was a lot of work for a potluck seeing how I needed a deep fryer basically before you ate them.
I came across a yummy scalloped potatoes recipe on the Kraft website...hey, how doesn't love that website (www.kraftcanada.com) so until I find my dish - this is what I like bringing - give it a try...very yummy!!
